How long does it take for my order to arrive?
Shipping typically occurs within 1-2 business days from receipt of payment. We will send you an email to notify you of the shipment's departure, after which delivery will take another 1-2 business days, depending on the carrier's schedule. For islands, delivery times may vary by 1-2 days.
What happens if delivery occurs when no one is home?
If no one is home at the time of delivery, the courier will leave a delivery attempt notice with their contact details in the mailbox. The following day, the courier will attempt to deliver to the same address again. If delivery is unsuccessful again, they will leave another delivery attempt notice. At this point, contact the courier directly or contact us to release your held package.
Since I'm usually not home during office hours, can I have your products delivered to my workplace?
Certainly, yes, it is always possible to specify a shipping address on the order form (Your office, Your neighbours, friends, ...), which can also be different from the billing address (Your home address, for example).
What should I do if the products do not match what I actually ordered?
Please report it as soon as possible to our Customer Service by filling out the form: Report a problem.
